Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left New York for Frankfurt on Monday, on his way home after a hectic five-day visit to attend the 66th session of the UN General Assembly.
After an overnight halt in Frankfurt, Manmohan Singh, who turned 79 on Monday, reaches Delhi late on Tuesday night.

External affairs minister SM Krishna is staying back and is expected to have a meeting later on Monday with US secretary of state Hillary Clinton.
Besides addressing the UN General Assembly Saturday, Manmohan Singh also held separate bilateral meetings with the Presidents of Iran, South Sudan and Sri Lanka, and the Prime Ministers of Japan and Nepal.
