Northern Lebanese city hit by blast
Tripoli has been the scene of sectarian fighting which killed 23 people last month.

An explosion went off in the northern Lebanese port city of Tripoli on Wednesday morning, a security official told AFP.
"A bomb exploded on Masarif Street in central Tripoli," the official said adding that there is thought to be a number of casualties.
Tripoli has been the scene of sectarian fighting which killed 23 people last month.
