About 60 people demonstrated in front of the Palestinian parliament building in Gaza City, protesting a recent threat to women journalists by a radical Islamic group.
On Friday, the Swords of Islam group issued a statement saying it would behead women broadcasters who did not dress according to strict Islamic code.
Women journalists who work for the Palestinian Authority TV station joined the protest, which was organised by the journalists' union on Sunday.
The Swords of Truth, which first appeared last year, has claimed responsibility for attacks against Internet cafes and other establishments in the Gaza Strip.
