Joginder Singh Bains and his wife Darshan have denied involvement in sexually assaulting their niece Karamjeet Kaur, but the British Columbia Supreme Court in Vancouver found them guilty. Karamjeet Kaur had moved in with her uncle after her mother’s death in an accident 42 years ago.
