US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Wednesday that Washington is prepared to upgrade the defences of Southeast Asian allies amid fears of nuclear links between North Korea and Myanmar.
She told Thailand's Nation TV that the United States is ready to "upgrade the defence of our partners in the region."
