Wounded dog plays on prosthetic legs

Cola the dog was rescued by the Soi Dog Foundation on May 5 after a neighbour of his owner attacked him with a sword. One of his front legs was completely severed and the other was hanging by a thread. After he was rescued, he was fitted with prosthetic legs and took his first few steps. Cola is in Phuket and recuperating with another foundation co-founder, Gill Dalley, who is also an amputee. She lost her legs when rescuing a dog from a flooded field. The Soi Dog Foundation is an NGO working to save the lives of Thailand's street dogs and cats.
