Dust up your dancing shoes for the big BASSFoundation party.

For the uninitiated, ‘BASSF’ is a collective of artistes (producers, DJs et al) who promote Drum and Bass and Dubstep in the country. DJs Maarten Klein, Praxis and MC Delhi Sultanate make BASSF. All three are expats who came to India on work. Barring the now London-based ‘Big Daddy’ Klein (Maarten) the other two continue to live here. They hold monthly nights dedicated to these genres that are much looked forward to by the growing tribe of Indian alternative music fans. Each gig amounts to a mini music fest atmosphere.

Reggae and Dancehall are on the playlist, too.
