Actor Kunal Kapoor, took a two-week trip on the outskirts of Pondicherry. He went there to work with a theatre group whose work he has admired for a long time.

Adishakti, a theatre company that uses traditional theatre, music and movement in their performances, left Kunal so impressed that he headed down south to work with them.

When quizzed about the same, the Don 2 actor quipped excitedly, “I have been wanting to work with them for a while. Fortunately, the opportunity came up soon, so I packed my bags and headed to Pondicherry as soon as I could.”

Ask him if a play is in the offing, he says “I’d love to do theatre, but it requires a certain commitment in terms of time, which I can’t give right now. But hopefully sometime soon.”
