23 passengers injured as pvt bus overturns on Bhopal-Barasia road

Twenty-three passengers were injured when a private bus overturned on Bhopal-Barasia road on Wednesday morning. Four seriously injured have been admitted to Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal.

Twenty-three passengers were injured when a private bus overturned on Bhopal-Barasia road on Wednesday morning. Four seriously injured have been admitted to Hamidia Hospital. Their condition is said to be stable.

The incident took place near village Narela under Barasia police station. According to police, a passenger bus of Super Star Travels was going to Barasia from Bhopal, when one of its tyres got stuck in a ditch.

When the driver pressed hard on the accelerator to get out of the ditch, he lost the control over bus and it overturned, said police. The injured passengers were rushed to a government hospital to Barasia.
