Actor Abhimanyu Singh, who is playing the main antagonist in the Telugu film, Bejawada, produced by Ram Gopal Verma, showed true grit while its shooting. The film is based on a true story of a town in Andhra Pradesh called Vijaywada, known for its extremely hot conditions.

After giving one shot, Singh started sweating profusely. A doctor was rushed in immediately, who said it was a classic case of heart attack. But, popping in some tablets, Singh resumed shooting within a few hours. Later, he was told that this happened because he had inhaled the generator’s smoke. “Abhimanyu did not surrender. He kept fighting with himself and avoided fainting on the set,” RGV was heard murmuring in his office.
