Bipasha Basu joins Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif in Bang Bang

After bagging Sajid Khan’s upcoming multi-starrer, Humshakals, starring Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu will now be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Bang Bang. Anand had worked with Bipasha in his 2008 hit, Bachna Ae Haseeno, too.

Looks like Bipasha Basu is on a movie-signing spree. After bagging Sajid Khan’s upcoming multi-starrer, Humshakals, starring Saif Ali Khan, we have learnt that she will also be seen in Siddharth Anand’s next, Bang Bang, with Hrithik Roshan. Anand had worked with Bipasha in his 2008 hit, Bachna Ae Haseeno, too.

“The film’s lead actor is Katrina (Kaif), while Bipasha has a smaller part in it. Not many are aware yet, but she is indeed on for the film,” says an industry insider. “She will start shooting for her part only once Hrithik and the team start work again in November (earlier, the shooting was halted due to Hrithik’s brain surgery).”

Hrithik and Bipasha have never worked together in the past. The two starred in the same film, Dhoom 2 (2006), but didn’t have any scenes together. “Bipasha shares a great rapport with Siddharth. So when he offered her the part, she immediately agreed to do it,” adds the insider.

Currently, Bipasha is busy with her upcoming films Humshakals and Vikram Bhatt’s Creature 3D. She is also supposed to star in Anees Bazmee’s sequel to his hit, No Entry (2005), titled No Entry Mein Entry.
