Can't say Jai Ho to Salman-Daisy's chemistry in Tere Naina

Barring Sonakshi Sinha, Salman Khan hasn't been 'lucky' with newcomers so far (Sneha Ullal in Lucky proved unlucky). He's taking the risk once again with Daisy Shah in Jai Ho! Does the pair have chemistry? No. Is the song good. Absolutely, no!

Newcomers have not proved to be lucky for Salman Khan so far (Sneha Ullal in Lucky proved unlucky). The only exception to this rule being Sonakshi Sinha. He's taking the risk once again with Daisy Shah in Jai Ho! Does the chemistry work? No. Is the song good. Absolutely, no!

Daisy Shah who's making her Bollywood debut with Jai Ho certainly needs to emote better. Though she has a confident screen presence, there is no chemistry with Salman Khan. We are constantly reminded of the Tere Mast Mast Do Nain from Dabangg, as the choreography of this one appears to be inspired by that song.

Sadly, even Salman Khan couldn't save this song from turning out into such a disappointment. Much like the 'aam aadmi' song Baaki Sab First Class, this one too fails to impress in the music as well as the lyrics department.

Jai Ho is the story of an upright common man who fights a solitary war against corruption and injustice. The film, a remake of Telugu film Stalin, also stars Tabu, Daisy Shah and Danny Denzongpa, among others.

The film, directed by Sohail Khan, is scheduled to release on January 24.
