Shah Rukh Khan has responded to Coldplay’s tweet, which ended with the words ‘Shah Rukh Khan forever’.

Coldplay’s recent tweet, which the band ended with the words ‘Shah Rukh Khan forever’, has sent the internet into a frenzy. The band’s official Twitter account on Sunday shared a list of inspirational music, which ended with the shoutout to SRK. Shah Rukh has now responded to the tweet.

He wrote, “Will surely listen to the the music u are listening to my man. Will send u some Indian music too. Love to you & health and life Forever and more to you.” The band’s original tweet read, “Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing ok. Better than ok actually. Here is some music I love at the moment.” The tweet listed songs by Stormae, John Williams and Barrie.

“Megastar for a reason, my slaying king,” wrote a fan in response to SRK’s tweet. “You’re such a cutie i swear,” wrote another.

SRK and Coldplay were both present at the recent pre-wedding celebrations of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta in Switzerland. SRK had hosted the band at his Mumbai home in 2016, shortly after the band’s Global Citizen show in India.

The pre-wedding party was also attended by Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar, among other celebrities, while the Chainsmokers also performed. In videos shared online, Shah Rukh could be seen grooving to Coldplay’s music.

A ’Mangal Parv’ event was held on Sunday, which was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood, and another reception is planned for Monday.
