“It’s a good thing. But the film industry is not impacted by it at all. We don’t deal in cash. The film industry has been completely corporatised and cleaned of all cash dealings,” said Bhatt.

“From the year 2000 onwards, the industry doesn’t deal with cash money. So we are not impacted by this,” he added.

Bhatt was earlier in the news for supporting filmmaker Karan Johar during the controversy surrounding the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which featured Pakistani actor Fawad Khan.
