Gowarikar’s got it all wrong with Pooja Hegde’s Mohenjo Daro poster

While the poster received huge appreciation from Bollywood fans, Ruchika Sharma, an M.Phil student at JNU with a specialisation in Medieval Indian history, lashed out at the makers of the movie saying that they portrayed a Harappan woman incorrectly.

Seems like the first look poster of Mohenjo Daro’s female lead Pooja Hegde has not been taken well by everyone.

The poster showed Pooja sporting a blue outfit with feathers on her head.

Other Twitter users, too, slammed the poster.

Mohenjo Daro, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker stars Hrithik Roshan in the lead, is slated to release on August 12 this year.
