Bollywood actor Pulkit Samrat is working hard to get a leaner look for his next film. His trainer, Sameer Ansari, tells us that Pulkit is already halfway there. He has lost six kg in two weeks.

“As Pulkit’s shoot will be starting shortly, and he doesn’t have too much time, to meet the requirement, I had made a programme with a lot of functional training along with cardio and weights. We used a medicine ball, kettlebell and truck wheel. This programme helps burn a lot of calories in a 40-minute session,” says Sameer.
Pulkit follows a strict diet too, as part of his weight-loss regimen. “For added results, I have asked him to have complex carbohydrates and fibres with good amounts of protein and supplements to help him build muscle,” he says.
The trainer puts in an hour-and-a-half daily for Pulkit’s workout sessions. We tried contacting the actor, but he remained unavailable for comment.
