Hrithik Roshan gifts his grandfather J Om Prakash a car he likes

Roshan surprised his maternal grandfather, film-maker J Om Prakash, by gifting him a model of his favourite automobile brand.

Hrithik Roshan is very close to his maternal grandfather, J Om Prakash. On various occasions, the actor has spoken about his love for him. Now, we have got to know that Hrithik has done something extremely special for him.

“Hrithik knew that his nana is very fond of a particular model of a luxury automobile brand (Mercedes Benz). So, he decided to surprise him by gifting him that same car. Hrithik asked him to come to his residence, and the brand new car was parked right outside the house,” says an insider.

What amazed the veteran film-maker even more was the fact that Hrithik gifted him the car without having any specific occasion for doing so.

The actor’s grandfather, who is 89-years-old, was pleasantly surprised to see the car, and instantly gave Hrithik a big hug. “Om Prakashji was very moved by his grandson’s sweet gesture. He is very proud of him. He was teary-eyed because of what Hrithik did,” adds the insider.

What amazed the veteran film-maker even more was the fact that Hrithik gifted him the car without having any specific occasion for doing so. Apparently, his nana was the first one to drive the vehicle after it was presented to him.

Hrithik couldn’t be reached for a comment, but his spokesperson confirmed the news, saying, “Hrithik gave his grandfather a big surprise. His nana was very touched with the thoughtful gesture.”
