Female actors have often spoken about how they have often been slammed for the way they look. Actor Sonam Kapoor and Anushka Sharma also supported each other on Twitter when they slammed body shammers. Kareena says that she, too, has received comments about ‘the way she looked’ in the past. “One has to be comfortable with one’s body. I have also gone through a phase when I was very thin. Before that I used to be very plump, but now I am as fit as I can be. But I don’t want 6-pack abs. As long as I look good, that’s the most important thing,” she says.

The actor adds that she has never let these comments bother her. “I don’t let it affect me at all. I have been a part of this industry for many years and I am used to all this. There are 5000 things that people have to say about everything and everyone. I stay away with all this,” says Kareena, who was last seen in R Balki’s film Ki and Ka (please remove name for print) alongside actor Arjun Kapoor.
