Saif Ali Khan is all set to star opposite Kangana Ranaut the adaptation of Japanese best-selling novel The Devotion of Suspect X.
Balaji Motion Pictures has acquired the rights for the romantic thriller, which is based on author Keigo Higashino's book. Kahaani director Sujoy Ghosh will helm the project.
Kangana, who plays the protagonist in the thriller, is set to start shooting for the film this year. "Devotion of Suspect X is one of the best books and scripts that I have read, I look forward to this new journey with Sujoy and Balaji," the 27-year-old said in a statement.

Confirming the news, Sujoy added, "Now that we have Saif and Kangana, our acting department is in very safe and competent hands. They will fly the film. I can now happily concentrate on the thriller part of the film."
