"Let me tell you that in our real life there is more drama than our films. The drama in our films is still subtle. If you hear our real life stories, you'll realise that we make very subtle stories. There is a lot of drama off-screen," the 40-year-old said.

Some of Karan's films include Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham and Kal Ho Na Ho, and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, among others.
