Prateik, Amy say they are best of friends

“I am a newbie in the industry. Prateik has been a constant source of support for me, and has always been by my side comforting me,” says Jackson. Everyone was talking about the pair’s sizzling chemistry at Gloria Jeans cafe where the couple had come to promote their film. But, Prateik, who plays a roadside romeo in EDT, says that there is a way that he and Amy can be together. “If I was a roadside romeo in real life, then Amy would have definitely been mine”, he says.

As for his success in tinsel town so far, Prateik credits it to actor Aamir Khan. “I look up to Aamir Khan, as he influenced me and helped me shape up as an actor. Jackson, who was a British model earlier, and has just began her career in Bollywood, says that she is now concentrating on learning Hindi. “I am slowly learning Hindi and I am delighted to work in this industry,” she says.

The actor has recently been featured on Men’s Health magazine, and is excited about it. “I have worked extremely hard and it is a great privilege for me when youngsters take inspiration from me to get fit,” says Jackson.
