Saqib Saleem and his supernatural encounter on sets of Dobaara

” Yes it was quite strange how it happened. When the mirror was supposed to break it didn’t and then out of the blue it broke on its own.. it did make the people on set a little scared,” says Saqib who plays the lead role in the horror film.

Bollywood actor Saqib Saleem, who will be soon seen along side sister Huma Qureshi in their upcoming film, Dobaara, has claimed to have an actual supernatural encounter during the shooting of the film that is an official adaptation of the Hollywood horror thriller, Oculus.

A source close to the film told Hindustan Times that during a particular shot, they were supposed to break a mirror and they tried shooting it for three days but the mirror simply won’t break. When they started shooting on the fourth day for a different sequence where the mirror was not in the frame, it suddenly broke into pieces leaving the entire set and crew in shock.

Confirming the incident, Saqib said,” Yes it was quite strange how it happened. When the mirror was supposed to break it didn’t and then out of the blue it broke on its own.. it did make the people on set a little scared.”

Directed by Prawaal Raman, Dobaara is slated to release on June 2.
