Sidharth Malhotra gains weight, needs new clothes
With Malhotra having put on about nine kilos for his next, his clothes aren’t fitting him any longer.
For the last few weeks, Sidharth Malhotra has been working on gaining weight for the role of a boxer in director Karan Malhotra’s remake of the 2011 Hollywood film, Warrior.

Although the actor’s efforts have now begun to produce the required results, he is facing a slight issue with regards to his wardrobe, as none of his clothes fit him any longer.
"He has put on almost eight or nine kilos ever since he’s started preparing for this film. As a result, all his clothes have become too tight for him to wear. He is in the process of updating his wardrobe," says an insider. But Sidharth isn’t complaining.
As a matter of fact, he is "excited" about his new look. Admitting that he is, indeed "shopping for new clothes", he adds, "It’s (his new look) going to be completely different from what I have done till date."
Co-produced by Karan Johar, the film will see Akshay Kumar play the role of Sidharth’s older brother. "This will be the first time that I will be sharing screen space with him (Akshay). I can’t wait to rehearse my lines with him," says Sidharth, adding, "Plus, he is so good at martial arts; I’m sure he will give me tips on how to go about things (training and shooting the action sequences)."
