Sonam Kapoor got a pleasant surprise from husband Anand Ahuja on the sets of The Zoya Factor.

Sonam Kapoor and husband, entrepreneur Anand Ahuja, know how to nail a long-distance relationship. Sonam, who is busy shooting her film The Zoya Factor in Mumbai, had a special visitor on the sets Sunday night.

“Zoya Day 5! After a whole day of work, he comes to see me at my night shoot,” wrote Sonam along with a clip of Anand Ahuja from the sets. The heart emojis all over the photo told their own story. Sonam started shooting for the film last week.

The Zoya Factor stars Dulquer Salmaan as the lead actor while Sonam’s uncle, Sanjay Kapoor, plays her father in the film. It is based on a novel by Anuja Chauhan. Sonam earlier shared a picture of the draft of the film’s script on her Instagram story on wrote: “New Start.” It is expected to release on April 5, next year.

Sonam plays an advertising executive in the film who goes on to become the lucky mascot of the Indian Cricket Team. Talking about the film to PTI, she said, “Everybody thought I should play Zoya, it is a fun part. I wanted to do something light-hearted but everyone wanted me to do drama. After ‘Khubsoorat’, I am doing a light-hearted film. Abhishek Sharma (director) is an amazing person. I have started shooting with Dulquer Salmaan.”

The actor will be next seen in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, in which she will share screen space with her father, actor Anil Kapoor for the first time. “Working with family is always fun and cool,” Sonam added.
