Superdads SRK and Devgn at loggerheads

It seems that SRK is very angry about the plot of Ajay Devgn's film Toonpur Ka Superhero. The reason being that King Khan is rather miffed about the fact that Ajay Devgn's film Toonpur... is almost identical in plot to his own film Ra.One.

Both Devgn and Shah Rukh play dads who want to prove themselves to their sons in film. In an attempt to impress their kids, both enter a virtual world and after becoming superheroes in those worlds, they don't know how to get out of the world (Yeah… so much so for the superheroes).

The problem is that while Toonpur… releases now itself, Ra.One will be releasing in the second half of the next, by which time the plot of SRK's film would have been betrayed completely. So now, King Khan is leaving no stone unturned in taking the graphics and special effects up by several notches.



Toonpur ka Superhero sees Ajay Devgn in the lead and his real-life wife actress Kajol is opposite him in the film as well. In Ra.One, SRK's wife is played by Kareena Kapoor.



Well, SRK if you hadn't acted so upset, perhaps people wouldn't even have made the comparisons between the two films. But now, we can't say. Are these dad really as desperate to prove themselves to their own kids? Who knows?
