Kapoor confesses he was nervous about it. “I was a bit nervous because I would do it in my style, as to get dad’s style was a bit tough. But then I thought - forget how he used to do it, and danced in my style. I was sure that I had to put in a lot of energy because he always invested a lot of energy,” the 35-year-old actor says.

“Even now, if I am performing and he (Jeetendra) is sitting and watching me, I get a little embarrassed, wondering what he is thinking of my performance,” he adds.

Critics and audiences may pan Kapoor’s film, but the actor says his father never makes negative comments about his movies. “He likes everything about my films. He does not dislike anything about them because he is a father,” he says.

Kapoor teams up with actor Kulraj Randhawa in Chaar Din Ki Chandni.
