Vishal buys right of a book’s chapter

Filmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, whose last released film was Priyanka Chopra starrer 7 Khoon Maaf, has now bought the rights of one of the chapters of writer S. Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai, and intends to make a film on the life of one of the characters in it.

Filmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, whose last released film was Priyanka Chopra starrer 7 Khoon Maaf, has now bought the rights of one of the chapters of writer S. Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai, and intends to make a film on the life of one of the characters in it.

But that will only happen once he finishes working on the Shah Rukh Khan starrer film Two States, based on Chetan Bhagat’s book of the same name.

Confirming the same, Vishal’s spokesperson was quoted as saying, “Yes, Vishal has definitely bought the rights of one of the stories from the book.
