How can I make my PC boot into Windows by default?

You are undoubtedly using a boot-manager on your PC with these default settings. Verify if that boot-manager is called GRUB or LILO. Then hop over to tldp.org, short for "The Linux Documentation Project" and choose whether you wish to browse the How-To sections as single-page or multiple-page HTML, or download PDFs, or other alternatives. Look for the How-Tos on boot-loading, and the above software.
