Shares of Jet Airways closed up by 0.21 per cent at Rs 262.55 on BSE. The scrip had plunged by 6.49 per cent during the intra-day trade.
On the National Stock Exchange, the scrip closed lower 0.19 per cent at Rs 262.85. On the volume front, over 15.84 lakh shares changed hands on both the bourses.
The scrip had nosedived 13 per cent during the day-trade on Tuesday but later recovered to close with three per cent loss on BSE.
As many as 40 per cent of Jet's pilots have gone on a mass leave since yesterday to protest the management's decision to sack two senior pilots.
