Sensex shoots up by 81 points in early trade
The 30-share sensitive index gained 81.32 points at 12,966.31 in the first five minutes of trading.

The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex gained over 81 points in early trade on Monday on heavy buying by funds in index-heavy shares like Reliance Industries and Tata Steel.
The 30-share sensitive index gained 81.32 points at 12,966.31 in the first five minutes of trading.
The National Stock Exchange wide-based Nifty also rose by 24.60 points at 3,742.60.
Trading sentiment remained cheerful as foreign and domestic funds invested in blue-chip shares, particularly RIL.
