On a day when shares of leading copper producer Sterlite Industries plunged 8.50 per cent on the BSE, following the Madras High Court order, the firm said its lawyers were weighing options.

“Our lawyers are looking at the order. We are considering what steps to take,” a spokesman for Sterlite Industries said.
