Unitech FY10 net profit falls 43.6%

Unitech, India's second largest real estate company, has posted its annual results for FY 2010.

Unitech, India's second largest real estate company, has posted its annual results for FY 2010. Although the company's net sales have shown a surge from 28.9 billion to 29.31 billion rupees, the net profit has fallen 43.6 per cent from 11.96 billion to 6.75 billion rupees.
