Eight other entrepreneurs received awards in specific categories. Jaiprakash Gaur, chairman, Jaypee Group, in infrastructure and construction sector, Gautam Thapar, chairman and CEO, Avantha Group, in manufacturing, Arvind Rao, CEO and co-Founder, OnMobile Global, for start-ups, Rohinton ‘Ronnie’ Screwvala, CEO, UTV for services, Sanjeev Bikhchandani, CEO and managing director along with Hitesh Oberoi, director & COO, Info Edge (the owner of Naukri.com) for business transformation, and AM Naik, chairman and managing director, L&T, for management.
P Namprumalsamy, chairman, Aravind Eye Care Systems, got the award in the health care segment, while PS Oberoi, chairman and CEO of The Oberoi Group, was given the lifetime achievement award.
