On the organisational rejig
We have identified healthcare and financial services as key businesses. I intend be at the forefront and look from the global perspective. On the healthcare services we want to have a pan-India presence and go beyond India. Our partnership with Parkway Holdings gives us a footprint in Asia.

On the specific roles for Shivinder, Sunil and himself
There is a clear vision on where we are and where we want to go. Sunil was already involved with the financial services where we are enhancing capability. Shivinder, running the domestic healthcare services under Fortis, understands the domestic market very well. I understand the nuances of the global market quite well.

On the domestic healthcare business
I will be the bridge between the healthcare services in India and abroad. With me as the chairman of Fortis and Parkway I would cross leverage capabilities from domestic and international services and leverage the two systems effectively.
