11 PPS officers transferred

The Punjab government on Wednesday issued the transfer and posting orders of 11 Punjab Police Service (PPS) officers with immediate effect.

The Punjab government on Wednesday issued the transfer and posting orders of 11 Punjab Police Service (PPS) officers with immediate effect.

The officers with new postings are Ravinder Lumba (assistant commandant, 5th Commando Battalion, Bahadurgarh), Savinderjit Singh (SP, crime), Gurmej Singh (SP, Gurdaspur), Jaipal Singh (SP, crime zonal, Patiala), Hatinder Ghai (SP, crime-1, Chandigarh headquarters), Jagjit Singh Saroa (SP, detective, Gurdaspur), Ram Parkash (SP, crime zonal, Bathinda), Sareen Kumar (SP, crime zonal, Jalandhar), Bhupinder Singh (attached with SSP, Bathinda), Parmjit Singh (SP, crime-II, Chandigarh headquarters) and Sami (assistant commandant, 3rd Commando Battalion, SAS Nagar).
