CII Yi to offer discounts to encourage voters

The campaign would enable voters to claim 10- 50% discounts, interesting offers, and attractive deals at various hotels, restaurants, retail stores, top brands, service centres, gyms, and salons etc across the tricity.
"With 810 million eligible voters and 15 crore first-time voters, India cannot afford any voter apathy. An innovative approach was needed to encourage voting for which we launched this campaign", said Jaiprakash Singh Hasrajani, chairman, CII Yi Chandigarh Tricity Chapter.
"The voters can avail up to 50% discounts between May 1-3 by showing the voters' ink mark on their fingers," he added.
