Gujarat police deployed in P'kula for polls
In view of the Lok Sabha elections, 176 police personnel of Gujarat police have been deployed in Panchkula.

In view of the Lok Sabha elections, 176 police personnel of Gujarat police have been deployed in Panchkula.
They have been divided into 40 groups who conducted combing in Sector 20 and Abheypur on Tuesday.
They also put up 14 checkposts and checked vehicles. In a press statement, it was informed that such checking and checkposts would be continued to be put up till Lok Sabha polls.
Meanwhile, the local police arrested two people Labha Singh and Sanjay Kumar with 12 bottles of liquor in separate cases.
