HC dismisses plea challenging union minister Harsimrat kaur Badal's election as MP from Bathinda

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Friday dismissed the petition challenging election of Harsimrat Kaur Badal as MP from Bathinda parliamentary constituency.

The petition was filled by Navjot Singh who has alleged that the MP had misused her funds during the elections.
