Tandon said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should also have resigned with Ashwani Kumar, who quit as union law minister hours after Bansal's resignation. "Officials in the PMO were responsible for altering the CBI report on the coal scam. The PM should own moral responsibility and resign," he said.
