MC Polls: 51 booths declared hypersensitive; 38 sensitive in P'kula
Of the 231 polling booths in 20 wards of Panchkula Municipal Corporation, 51 booths have been declared hypersensitive, while 38 booths were rendered sensitive for the elections scheduled to be held on June 2.

Police said the presence of police personnel at hypersensitive and sensitive booths will be more than ordinary, as there are indications that violence may take place.
Hypersensitive zones Under Sector 5 police station, polling booths at Majri, Maheshpur, Kharak Mangoli, Haripur and Sector 21 have been declared hypersensitive.
Similarly, under Sector 14 police station polling booths at Rajiv Colony, Indira Colony, Sector 16, Raily and Raila villages have been declared hypersensitive, while under Chandimandir police station Beed Ghaggar, Chandimandir, Nada, Barwala and Batour villages have been rendered hypersensitive.
Similarly under Sector 20 police station, Kundi, Abheypur and Fatehpur villages fall in the same list.
Under Mansa Devi Complex police station Saketri, MDC Sector 5 and Manav Colony have been declared hypersensitive and under Pinjore police station, Bitna, Dakhrog, Nanakpur, Jodhpur and Himshikha falls in the same zone.
