Punjab and Haryana high court will have new chief justice. Justice Arjan Kumar Sikri, judge of the high court of Delhi, has been appointed as the chief justice of Punjab and Haryana high court. Term of chief justice will begin with effect from the date he assume charge of office, an official release said here on Saturday.
