Three men, including a driver, were killed after the vehicle they were travelling in plunged into a deep gorge in Doda district on Tuesday evening. Doda senior superintendent of police (SSP) Abdul Qayoom said, “The accident took place around 5.30pm near Khankoot area when a tempo traveller on its way to Doda plunged into a deep gorge. Three men, including the driver, were killed in the accident.” The victims are Mohammad Aslam, Mohammad Ishaq and Mohammad Yaseen of Doda. The SSP said prima facie it appeared to be a case of negligent driving. A case has been registered. HTC
