The accused have been identified as Karamjit Singh of Vishwakarma Nagar, Rajiv Kumar of Jaswant Nagar of Tajpur Road, Tajinder Singh of Yuvraj Enclave of Dugri, Harvinder Singh of Puneet Nagar of Tajpur road, Gurmeet Singh of Baba Deep Singh Nagar of Bhamian Road, Joginder Singh if Gurmel Park of Tibba road, Raman Kumar of Guru Nanak Nagar and Ashwani Ahuja of Savan Enclave.
