DDA’s Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana: Over 1,000 flats booked in 24 hours

The second phase offers about 1,500 affordable flats under the LIG and EWS categories across Rohini, Narela, Ramgarh Colony and Shivaji Marg.

Over 1,000 flats have been booked within 24 hours under the Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana Phase 2, launched on November 7. All units in Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg were sold out on the first day, officials said.

Lieutenant governor VK Saxena, who reviewed the progress, lauded DDA’s implementation of the scheme and urged for expansion to meet wider housing needs.s

The second phase offers about 1,500 affordable flats under the LIG and EWS categories across Rohini, Narela, Ramgarh Colony and Shivaji Marg. The flats can be booked online on first come, first serve basis.
