Bhatkhande summer workshop to begin from May 16

LUCKNOW: Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya is organising a summer workshop for vocals, instrumentals, and dancing, said a press statement issued by the university on Thursday.
“Starting from May 16 to June 15, sessions on vocals, dancing and instrumentals will be conducted in two time slots between 9 am and 10 am and 10am to 11 am. The fees charged will be ₹2000,” said a press statement.
“Special classes for Kathak will be conducted between May 16 and May 31 from 10 am-12 noon and the fees charged will be ₹5000. Pakhawaj classes will be conducted from May 16 to May 25 from 10 am to 12 noon, the fees for which is ₹2000,” said the statement.
The registration for the sessions had already begun from May 6 and students can visit the office and pay their enrollment fees till May 15. According to the university, a minimum of five students’ enrollment will be mandatory for each group, in case it does not fill the criteria, students will have to get enrolled into another category. Students aged seven years and above are eligible for the workshop.
