He received the honour from Maharashtra chief secretary Rajesh Agrawal during a programme marking the ‘Second Service Rights Day’ held at Sahyadri State Guest House in Mumbai. Manukumar Srivastava was also present.

The event was jointly organised by the state’s General Administration Department and the Maharashtra State Right to Service Commission.

Speaking on the occasion, Ram said the PMC has been implementing the “PMC 360” initiative to speed up delivery of civic services, information and welfare schemes.

He said the platform integrates multiple digital systems, including the civic body’s website, online service portal, grievance redressal mechanism, direct benefit transfer (DBT) portal, online payment systems, eSign services, QR code-based authentication, WhatsApp bot, the Aaple Sarkar portal and the PMC Care platform.
