Kamindu Mendis responds quickly and is off his haunches, but Kusal realizes that there's no run there and sends Kamindu back, who dives in to make his ground.

OUT! CAUGHT! Wow, great presence of mind from Faheem Ashraf, and he saves Saad Baig from the blushes. Naseem Shah bangs it in shorter now, over middle and at an awkward height. Avishka Fernando gets all cramped up and just jabs at the pull, ending up getting a top edge towards backward square leg. The keeper runs after it and the fine leg fielder comes in. It is the keeper, Baig, who tries to take it with the gloves on and lunges ahead but the ball bobbles out and somehow lands straight into the clutches of Ashraf. A bizarre catch, but Fernando has to walk back.

FOUR! Naseem errs in line, darting it into the pads. Fernando gets inside the line and helps it down to the right of the fine leg fielder for a boundary.

A review wasted here! Naseem Shah seemed certain that there was an outside edge on this one, but technology confirms otherwise. On a good length, wide outside off and shaping away. Fernando throws the hands at it but the ball zips past the outside edge. The keeper gathers it low in front of him and there's a big appeal for caught behind from the bowler. The umpire says no, but eventually, Shaheen Afridi does send it upstairs. UltraEdge shows that there's no outside edge, and it stays Not Out.

Much better. Full and outside off, seaming away from the right-hander. Avishka Fernando plays a loose drive away from the body and is well beaten.
