Rajasthan Royals have kept their campaign alive after they beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by a comprehensive margin of seven wickets. SRH slipped away in the middle overs and frittered away a positive start handed to them by David Warner and Manish Pandey. After a sloppy start in the field, Rajasthan got their act together and Jaydev Unadkat finally gave a good account of himself as they restricted SRH to 160.

Sanju Samson, Liam Livingstone and Ajinkya Rahane ensured smooth sailing in the chase for the hosts as they galloped to a comprehensive win by seven wickets. This win did not only keep Rajasthan’s campaign alive, it also ensured that Chennai Super Kings are the first team guaranteed a playoff spot in the competition.
