The Board of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI) announced on Thursday that former India skipper Anil Kumble will be the head coach of the Indian cricket team for a period of one year.
The leg spinner was a legend of the game and he currently holds the record of being the highest Indian wicket-taker in both Tests and One Day Internationals, with 956 scalps.
