Arjun Pawan Sharma is a left-handed batter and slow left-arm orthodox bowler who has established himself as a useful all-rounder for Services. Born on May 21, 1996, in Jalandhar, he came through the Himachal Pradesh setup before making the move to Services, where he has spent the majority of his senior career. He made his List A debut in 2018, followed by his T20 debut in 2019 and first-class debut later that year against Tripura, where he also scored a half-century.
Sharma's left-arm spin remains his primary strength, but he has continued to make useful contributions with the bat as well. He has a first-class century to his name, showing that he is more than capable of making a significant impact with the bat when required. His ability to contribute in both departments adds to his value as an all-rounder.
One of the most memorable moments of Sharma's career came when he claimed his maiden first-class five-wicket haul, producing 5/46 against Assam. The spell became even more remarkable as he completed a hat-trick in the same innings, making it a standout performance in his domestic career. His best first-class figures currently stand at 6/41.
Having represented both Himachal Pradesh and Services, Sharma has continued to build his career through consistent domestic cricket. His experience across formats, coupled with his ability to contribute in both departments, makes him a valuable all-round option, with his left-arm orthodox bowling remaining the strongest part of his skill set. His performances have also earned him further recognition, with Sharma included in the North Zone squad for the 2026 Duleep Trophy, marking another significant step in his domestic career.
